Terms of Service

These terms govern services provided by OMNISTACK DIGITAL LLC. A separate statement of work, order form, invoice, or written agreement may include additional terms for a specific engagement.

Services

OMNISTACK DIGITAL LLC sells digital products and provides organic social media growth services, including downloadable resources, templates, guides, audience research, social profile positioning, content planning, analytics review, campaign planning, and related growth operations support. Custom service deliverables, timelines, and fees are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, necessary access, approved content, and lawful instructions. Clients remain responsible for their own business operations, social media platform accounts, content approvals, taxes, and regulatory obligations.

Payments

Fees, deposits, milestone payments, subscription support fees, and due dates are stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or written agreement. Late payments may delay work or support.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive rights to final custom deliverables after payment in full. Digital products are licensed for the purchaser's internal business or personal use unless a separate license states otherwise. OMNISTACK DIGITAL LLC may retain ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, methods, know-how, and reusable materials.

Third-Party Platforms

Projects may involve third-party services such as payment processors, file delivery tools, analytics platforms, social media platforms, email, CRM, marketplace, banking, or automation platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, fees, and approval processes.

Social Media Results

Social media growth services are focused on organic strategy, content systems, analytics, and operational improvement. OMNISTACK DIGITAL LLC does not guarantee follower counts, revenue, reach, engagement, virality, platform approval, or specific algorithmic outcomes. We do not sell fake followers, bot traffic, spam engagement, or deceptive activity.

No Regulated Financial Services

OMNISTACK DIGITAL LLC does not provide money transmission, banking, lending, securities, investment advice, tax advice, or legal services. Any operational support related to payment or banking platforms is limited to technical, documentation, and workflow assistance.

Confidentiality

Each party should protect non-public business information received during an engagement and use it only for the purpose of the work, unless disclosure is required by law or written permission.

Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided using commercially reasonable skill and care. Except where expressly stated in writing, services and website information are provided without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMNISTACK DIGITAL LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
